MELBOURNE FACILITIES UPDATE - 22 AUG 2020

Our Melbourne freight terminals will return to regular operations from 22 Aug 2020. Operating hours can be found on our terminal location pages.

A NATIONAL APPROACH TO WORKFORCE SAFETY

Please note that we have implemented new safety measures in our Melbourne and Sydney terminals to ensure we're COVID-safe.
A revised shift work structure is now in place as an additional safety measure to protect staff and customers visitng the terminals.
As we complete the morning operations and our teams prepare for the afternoon shift, there may be some delays in accessing the terminal. We'll be keeping any disruption to a minimum during the changeover period and appreciate your patience.

Some flights may depart outside operating hours and freight will need to be lodged prior to terminal closure. Freight arriving on flights after-hours will be cleared the following day.
