Things to consider

Due to regulatory or other operational reasons, there are some destinations where e-AWBs cannot be used and paper AWBs are still required. Customers need to determine when a paper AWB has to be generated and maintain two parallel shipping processes for e-AWB and paper AWB, as appropriate.

Due to government and Customs regulations, shipments to or from Brazil and to or from certain stations in China continue to require signed copies of the paper master air waybill (MAWB).
