Baggage freight services

Eligible goods can be sent on a space-available basis from airport to airport, including:

• Clothing and books
• Musical instruments and sporting equipment

While only freight from "known shippers" can travel on passenger flights, unaccompanied baggage must be sent via a freighter service.

To ensure compliance with security protocols, customers must lodge their baggage in person and present two forms of identification to complete a Security Declaration. Our counter staff will draft an AWB, requiring consignee information if it differs from the sender, and will weigh and measure all baggage to determine freight charges.

• For your convenience, customers can receive a quote in advance by getting in touch with our team via email.
• After receiving your quote, simply lodge your freight in person to complete the transaction.

• Commercial items, dangerous goods, electrical appliances and food items can’t be sent using our unaccompanied baggage service.
• Each bag must not weigh more than 32kgs – but there’s no limit on total weight.
• All packaging of bags and boxes must be complete before you lodge your baggage.
• All bags and boxes need to be labelled with full contact details.
