Booking window

Benefit from the flexibility of having the latest booking window when your shipment is departing from one of our key ports.
This includes the option of same day booking and departure from Los Angeles and New York on our freighter, and from Los Angeles, Dallas Fort Worth, New York and Vancouver on our Qantas passenger services.
Dangerous goods must be booked at least two hours ahead of other cargo to allow our ground staff to make preparations for the shipment.

Lodgement times

Q-GO Priority offers the latest lodgement time at our key ports, in comparison to our other services.
On Qantas passenger services, enjoy the option to lodge 4 hours before departure from Los Angeles, Dallas Fort Worth, New York and Vancouver. This means you can be flexible with your drop-off and you have more time in your warehouse. For our freighter services, lodgement times vary per port.
