Our policy for late changes and cancellations to large shipments

Designed to reduce any unused air freight space during periods when freight capacity is constrained.

Overview

We have the expertise and experience to move all types of freight including oversize and dense shipments. 

For larger shipments from USA, Canada and Mexico with a chargeable weight of over 5,000kg, bookings can be amended without penalty at any time up to 72 hours prior to flight departure.

The policy explained

To avoid underutilizing space especially on routes with limited freight capacity, fees will apply for any changes and cancellations made within 72 hours of flight departure as well as no-shows.

Remember, no fees apply to changes made at least 3 days before scheduled departure. By making changes early, you avoid fees, and capacity can be released for other customers to book.

Within 72 hours of scheduled departure time 10% of the total applicable shipment charge
Within 48 hours of scheduled departure time 50% of the total applicable shipment charge
Within 24 hours of scheduled departure time and all no-shows 100% of the total applicable shipment charge

* A large shipment is defined as a shipment with a chargeable weight over 5,000kg.
