How to arrange your pet’s clearance:
- On the day of your pet(s) arrival, please make your way to Pacific Air Cargo approximately 120 minutes after flight arrival.
- Our team will pass the arrival documents to you to enable US Customs processing.
- Once cleared you will be directed to Honolulu Airport quarantine to collect your pet.
Note we do not provide transportation for pet owners. - Your animal(s) will be held at quarantine until your pet is cleared by customs and quarantine. A landing fee of $100.00 per consignment must be paid to Qantas agent before release. All payments are processed electronically.
