How to arrange your pet’s clearance:

  1. On the day of your pet(s) arrival, please make your way to the MAC Cargo terminal approximately 90 minutes after flight arrival. Once USDA have completed arrival processing for your pet our team will pass the arrival documents to you to enable US Customs processing.
  2. You will be directed to the closest available customs office (located at 648 Westfield Rd) to organise a customs release. Customs clearance is the responsibility of the owner. Note you will also need a vehicle to travel from the MAC Cargo Freight terminal to the customs office and return. MAC Cargo staff will assist with directions.
  3. Your animal(s) will be held at MAC Cargo until you return from the customs office. A landing fee of USD185.00 per consignment is payable. Payment may be paid online via epic.
  4. Upon completion of the above, our team will release your pet(s) to you.
