- Domestic – for businesses that spend more than $10,000 annually.
- International – your business must be an IATA registered and approved agent.
If your business operates across both, two separate accounts will need to be created.

- Head office location
- Brief description of current freight movements, including commodity type
- Estimated weekly quantity of freight in kilograms (listed by city pair if possible)
- Type of air freight services you will likely require - Q-GO Priority, Q-GO Express or Q-GO Classic.
