Manage international shipments

All the functionality you need to check your international shipments. 

Our Manage International Shipments page has all the functionality you need to change and cancel bookings.

Over time, we’ll be making more changes to improve your online experience and we’ll provide updates as the enhancements are rolled out. We’re excited about what’s in store as it’ll mean it’s even easier to do business with us.

New layout, same key features 

Everything you need is here – it’s all just easier to find. 

Select a row to show more detail. Then you can:

  • Edit or cancel your booking
  • View and add CSD information
  • View and edit shipment characteristics
  • View the booking and shipment status and see what still needs to be completed 

You can also search by selecting flight date, origin, destination, booking or shipment status by using the drop down options at the top of the screen.

FAQs

What is the lodgement tab and button for?

Our redesign includes features that we are planning to introduce later to further enhance the functionality of this page and make it easier for you to view all your lodgements. We will let you know when they are ready for you to use.

I can’t find where to view the shipment characteristics 

You can view all details of your shipment by clicking on the flight row. This will expand the booking where you can view the booking details, AWB status, eCSD, uploaded documents and lodgement characteristics. 

Where can I find the ‘edit shipment’ option? 

You can also find this option by clicking on the flight row.
