General shipments

Q-GO Priority – when an urgent delivery is required, choose your preferred flight and we'll ensure your goods are prioritised above all other cargo on the flight. For domestic shipments within Australia, you're also covered with our exclusive Money Back Guarantee.

Q-GO Express – when your goods need to move a bit faster than usual, we can offer express handling, both on the ground and in the air. Ideal for fulfilling online orders speedily.

Q-GO Classic – when reliable, cost effective delivery is more than sufficient. Ideal for large scale shipments and supply chains that are time critical but not urgent.

Specialised shipments

We also have a range of specialist and custom options including:

  • Q-GO Pharmaceutical - from live organs to medicines, we'll ensure the safe and timely arrival of pharmaceutical items.
  • Q-GO Fresh - for shipments of fresh meats, seafood, fruit, vegetables, flowers and plants.
  • Q-GO Secure - valuable freight needing security? We have restricted strong rooms and safes available at selected locations.
  • Q-GO Custom - for unique shipments that need special planning and careful handling.
  • Q-GO Pets and Animals - for when you need to ship your furry friends or other animals.

Don't have an account with us? You'll be required to lodge your freight items an additional 30 minutes prior to departure and present two forms of identification at lodgement.

Q-GO Express

  • Freight accepted before 10am will be available for collection no later than 5pm on the same day in mainland capital cities, excluding Perth and Darwin.
  • Freight accepted after 10am will be available for collection no later than midday on the next day.

Q-GO Classic

  • 2-day service.
  • Freight accepted in the morning will be available for collection in the afternoon of the next day.
  • Acceptance and collection Monday – Saturday between 9am and 5pm only.
  • Times may vary in some regional ports and additional handling time is required for dangerous goods shipments.
  • Shipments over 50kg are subject to available wide body capacity.
  • Service times are an estimate only and may be subject to change.

International service times

  • Additional handling time is required for dangerous goods shipments.
  • Service times apply to Qantas Freight products on Qantas flights only and are estimates, subject to change.
  • Service times apply to international Qantas Freight terminals located in Australia and LA only.
  • QF291/QF292: operated between Sydney and Singapore by a partner airline. Freight is accepted 240 minutes prior to departure for all freight with a valid security declaration or 360 minutes prior to departure for all freight without a valid security declaration.
  • QF295/QF296: operated between Sydney and Bangkok by a partner airline. Freight is accepted 240 minutes prior to departure for all freight with a valid security declaration or 360 minutes prior to departure for all freight without a valid security declaration.
