All rate information for Qantas, Jetstar and freighter services (if applicable) are available online. Both domestic and international rate books can be viewed and downloaded from your online account, which means you’ll have 24/7 access to everything you need to do business with us at your fingertips.

Rate books include a rate card for each applicable product, showing rates by origin and destination. Simply choose the effective date from the drop-down menu to see past, current and future rates, and select a download format (.pdf, .csv or .xlsx).

Enhanced functionality

With our 'Rate search' function, check your rates online by filtering your rate book to see the rates relevant for your business. By selecting one or multiple products, easily compare rates across products within your online account. Simply select the origin, destination, departure date, type and product to see the applicable rates. For domestic shipments, remember to select 'Yes' if your freight is classified as a dangerous good.

Rate Estimator

A new digital feature, Rate Estimator, is now available to access via your online account.

This digital tool will allow domestic customers to get real-time estimated rates by simply entering shipment details online.

The Rate Estimator helps you:

Get instant tariff estimates for your shipments
Filter by origin, destination, departure date, and product
View applicable surcharges directly from your online account.

Log in to your online account then select Rates from your list of account functions to start using now.

International rate books

Enjoy the ability to view every type of freight on any type of aircraft. With displays personalised to each customer, you'll see products and rates relevant for your business. Rate books will include consolidated rates including interline sectors, clear routing and carrier codes for itineraries where interline connections are required, and a detailed list of ULD types.

Domestic rate books

Benefit from having your Australian domestic rates available online. Rates will be personalised to each customer, which means you’ll be able to see the products and rates that are relevant for your business all in one place.
