How to arrange your pet’s clearance:
- As you will already be in Dallas prior to your pet’s arrival , please visit the US Customs office (located at 7501 Esters Blvd #160, Irving, TX 75063) to organise a customs release. Customs clearance is the responsibility of the owner.
Note you will also need a vehicle to travel from the Qantas Freight terminal to the customs office and return.
The US Customs office closes at 1500pm – please ensure to process your pet’s arrival clearance during the day prior to flight arrival. You will need to take with the export documents issued to you by your shipping agent in Australia. Please make sure they are coloured copies. You will also need photo ID.
- Once you have processed your customs clearance , please make your way Qantas Freight at the WFS terminal. Your pet will be available approximately 90 minutes after flight arrival.
- Your animal(s) will be held at Qantas Freight until you return from the customs office. A landing fee of USD225.00 per consignment is payable. Payment is required to be processed prior to collection – payable to epic.epicxp.com. Payment site is available to access once the flight is live and enroute to Dallas.
- Upon completion of the above, our team will release your pet(s) to you.
