All freight travelling from Norfolk Island must be lodged by close of business the day before scheduled departure. Lodgement and collection of freight is available at Burnt Pine Travel Cargo Terminal offices adjacent to the airport terminal building.

  • Flights between Australia and Norfolk Island are classified as international flights and all freight uplifted on these services is subject to applicable international export and import regulations including customs clearance.
  • Please note that there is a weight limit of 32kgs per piece for freight departing from Norfolk Island.
