Shipping internationally

Help and support banner

All international bookings need to be made through an IATA-approved freight forwarder as we're unable to accept bookings directly from customers.

For shipments within Australia, we offer a reliable airport-to-airport service. However, if you're looking to ship freight internationally, please note that we can't accept direct bookings from customers. All international bookings must be made through an IATA-approved freight forwarder.

Why use a freight forwarder?

Freight forwarders offer door-to-door service, handling the logistics and documentation needed for smooth international shipments. They ensure compliance with export and customs requirements, saving you time and minimising potential delays.

All goods leaving Australia require proper export documentation including product descriptions, packing lists, quarantine certificates, and certificates of origin. Freight forwarders are equipped to manage these documents and ensure your shipment meets all necessary requirements.

Which freight forwarder do I use?

We can't recommend specific freight forwarders, but suggest selecting one local to your shipment's origin or destination. For more information, visit IATA.
