It's important that you notify us once your booking is confirmed to ensure the correct spot rate is applied to your AWB. Simply email Freight Sales Support and copy your Account Manager. Include the following details in your email:
- Date of travel or the date the booking is confirmed
- AWB number
- Origin and destination ports
- Booking confirmation or details of the shipment
- The quote document provided by your Account Manager, or the quote number (found at the top of the quote document).
Providing these details once your booking is confirmed ensures that the correct spot rate is applied and helps avoid the need for credit requests or billing amendments, which may result in additional charges.
