Our industry uses a variety of terms for tracking air freight. To help you understand what they mean and improve your customer tracking experience, we've put together a glossary.

Step Milestone Description 1. Booked Flight details We've received your booking. Original booked flight information is shown here.
If no flight details are shown, your freight is waiting to be allocated to a flight. For multi-sector bookings, this will be shown on a separate line for each sector.Updated flight details There's been a change to the flight your freight was due to travel on.
Updated flight details are shown if you're logged into your account.
2. Checked in
Lodgement Activation For account holders only: the driver has arrived at the freight terminal and entered the lodgement ID at the kiosk. Accepted at terminal Your freight has been lodged and is being processed at our terminal. 3. In transit Allocated to flight Your freight has been allocated to a flight.
Flight details are shown If you're logged into your account.For split shipments, multiple flights are shown for the same sector. Flight information will appear in order of flight departure times.
For shipments on multi-sector flights, the latest information will appear last.Flight change pending There's been a change to the flight your freight was due to travel on.
Flight details can change even after the original flight departure due to last-minute operational changes.
Updated flight details The flight your freight was due to travel on has been changed.
Updated flight details are shown if you're logged into your account.
Departed Your freight is on its way as the flight has departed.
Details of the scheduled and actual departure times will be shown if you're logged into your account.
For split shipments, multiple flights are shown for the same sector. Flight information will appear in order of flight departure times.
For shipments on multi-sector flights, the latest information will appear last.
Arrived at transfer port The flight your freight travelled on has landed at the transfer port.
Details of the scheduled and actual departure times will be shown if you're logged into your account.
Prepared for onward flight Your freight has arrived at the transfer port and is being processed. It will be allocated to its onward flight. 4. Arrived at destination Flight landed The flight your freight travelled on has landed at the destination.
