Think you might be missing points in your Qantas Business Rewards account? Send Qantas Freight an email and include your company ABN, your Qantas Freight account details and information on the missing points and we’ll look into it for you.
*A business must be a Qantas Business Rewards Member to earn Qantas Points for their business. A one-off join fee of $89.50 usually applies, but this will be waived for Qantas Freight customers. Membership and Qantas Points are subject to the Qantas Business Rewards Terms and Conditions. Qantas Points for business are offered under the Qantas Freight Terms and Conditions. Members will earn 1 Qantas Point for every $1 spent on Eligible Products.
Eligible Products are carriage by air, domestically and internationally, of freight by or on behalf of Qantas from any airport in Australia where the air waybill number for the itinerary commences with ‘081'. This excludes all charter flights (unless otherwise determined by Qantas Freight), customers with a capacity, volume or other special rate agreement with Qantas Freight or mail or postal service providers. Qantas Points will be credited to the Members' Business Rewards account up to 50 days after Qantas has issued the invoice relating to the Eligible Products provided, customarily within 10 business days of the end of the month in which the Eligible Products are scheduled to be provided. Any claims in relation to Qantas Points under this offer must be made directly to Qantas Freight by emailing freightloyalty@qantas.com.au.
