Q-GO Priority – when an urgent delivery is required, you choose your preferred flight. And we do the rest, ensuring your goods are 'prioritised' above all other cargo on the Qantas flight of your choice. 

Q-GO Express – when your goods need to move a bit faster than usual, we can offer ‘express’ handling, both on the ground and in the air. Ideal for fulfilling online orders speedily.

Q-GO Classic – when reliable, cost effective delivery is more than sufficient. Ideal for large scale shipments and supply chains that are time critical but not urgent.

Q-GO Express

  • Freight accepted before 10am will be available for collection no later than 5pm same day in mainland capital cities only and not applicable ex Perth or Darwin.
  • Freight accepted after 10am will be available for collection the next day, but no later than midday.

Q-GO Classic

  • Freight accepted in the am will be available for collection pm the next day
  • Acceptance and collection Monday – Saturday between 9am and 5pm only.

  • Jetstar service: freight is accepted 360 minutes prior to departure for all US bound freight without a valid security declaration

Equipment and facilities

Got a horse, heifer or hippo to shift? Specialist animal handling personnel and facilities are available at selected locations.

Valuable freight needing security? We have restricted strong rooms and safes available at selected locations, by prior arrangement.

We have coolrooms, freezers and re-icing facilities available at selected locations for perishable freight or pharmaceutical products.

The space available for Q-GO Priority goods is limited on each flight. Freight bookings will not be accepted if this allocation has been fully taken up.

For the Money Back Guarantee to apply, goods must be booked and accepted by Qantas Freight or a nominated handling agent within the published cut off times above.

The money back guarantee does not apply when goods are not uplifted due to factors beyond the control of Qantas Freight including, but not limited to:

  • acts of God
  • riots, strikes, war or local disputes
  • payload restrictions
  • weather conditions
  • third party disruptions
  • defaults or omissions made by the forwarder, consignee or agent.

Bookings for individual pieces over 50kg for domestic Australia movements must be booked through Customer Service on 13 12 13.

All Q-GO Priority bookings outside Australia must be made via telephone with your local sales representative or customer service consultant.
