Key features

Choosing Q-GO Priority ensures your goods receive priority over all other cargo. If any part of your shipment is not shipped as booked, there’s no charge as the money back guarantee applies (subject to conditions).

  • Bookings accepted over the phone for domestic movements.

Domestic service times

  • Booking and acceptance times are a guide only and apply to capital cities and Qantas flights (not Jetstar)
  • Times may vary in some regional ports and additional handling time is required for dangerous goods shipments
  • Shipments over 50kg are subject to available wide body capacity.

Booking

  • Up to and including 50kg: 75 minutes before flight departure
  • More than 50kg: 90 minutes before flight departure

Acceptance

  • Up to and including 50kg: 45 minutes before flight departure
  • More than 50kg: 60 minutes before flight departure

Delivery collection

  • Up to and including 50kg: 45 minutes after flight arrival
  • More than 50kg: 60 minutes after flight arrival

Money back guarantee

The space available for Q-GO Priority goods is limited on each flight. Freight bookings will not be accepted if this allocation has been fully taken up.

For the money back guarantee to apply, goods must be booked and accepted by Qantas Freight or a nominated handling agent within the published cut off times above. The money back guarantee does not apply to shipments containing dangerous goods.

The money back guarantee does not apply when goods are not uplifted due to factors beyond the control of Qantas Freight including, but not limited to:

  • acts of God
  • riots, strikes, war or local disputes
  • payload restrictions
  • weather conditions
  • third party disruptions
  • defaults or omissions made by the forwarder, consignee or agent.

The money back guarantee will only apply to individual pieces which are over fifty kilograms (50 kgs) in weight, if such goods are booked for carriage through the Customer Service channel on 13 12 13. The money back guarantee does not apply for bookings over fifty kilograms (50 kgs) in weight which are made online.

All Q-GO Priority bookings outside Australia must be made via telephone with your local sales representative or customer service consultant.
