CHANGES TO LODGEMENT AND COLLECTION OF SELECTED FREIGHT

Structural works are taking place at Cairns Airport which is impacting our operations. Customers should allow an extra 60 minutes for lodgement.

Documentation for all freight should be presented at our customer service area prior to lodgement. All loose freight under 50kg will also be processed there. All other freight including shipper-loaded units will be processed in the landside operational area. During peak periods, congestion could impact these facilities and drivers may be directed by security to lodge freight via Gate V19, located 200m north of our existing terminal.

We appreciate your understanding as we work with the airport authorities to minimise the impact of these urgent works.

Christmas Day - closed

Non-account customers are required to present two forms of ID and pay with card when lodging goods.
