IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING PET TRAVEL
The significant reduction in the number of Qantas domestic and international flights means pet travel opportunities are severely constrained. With additional flying still under review, capacity for pet and animal travel will continue to be extremely limited.
We are temporarily amending our pet and animal booking, lodgement and collection process. From 19 Aug 2020, all pet and animal bookings will need to be made through a pet travel specialist. Find out more.
In addition, for bookings from 8 Jul 2021, pet travel itineraries will be limited to single sector bookings to avoid the complexity of transfers as schedules may be disrupted without notice and impact onward connections.
