Non-account customers may lodge freight between 05:00 and 15:00 Mon-Fri only, Weekend lodgements are limited - see special conditions below. Non-account customers must present two forms of ID and if paying at the terminal, only card payment will be accepted.

• Restricted weekend operations for non-account holders - general freight lodged on weekends is processed on Monday. Only pets and animals are processed and fly on Saturdays and Sundays.
• All freight from Canberra must be pre-screened and presented with a CSD or screened at the terminal and fees will apply. Find out more.
