Adding functionality to create a better online experience.
1. Log into your account on qantasfreight.com.
2. In ‘My Freight’, select ‘Allotment booking’.
3. A monthly calendar of your allotments will be displayed.
If your company has access to allotment bookings and you don’t see this option, you have not been granted access, please contact us for access.
1. Log into your account on qantasfreight.com
2. In ‘My Freight’, select ‘Allotment booking’ and select date for allotment booking.
3. Enter booking details. The allotment allowance and breakdown will be displayed.
4. Allotments can also be booked through the 'Quick booking' option. Agree to the conditions, then click 'Book'.
3. A confirmation message will appear with the AWB details. A calendar with more alottment bookings will also appear.
4. You will receive default notifications for allotment bookings: 'Accepted', 'Departed' and 'Ready for collection'. Notifications can be updated in 'Manage shipments'.
1. Select allotment booking to amend, then click ‘Edit’ to make changes.
2. Update weight or pieces. The allotment allowance and breakdown will be displayed.
3. Agree to the conditions, then click ‘Save changes’ to confirm or ‘Cancel’ to return to the booking.
1. After logging in, navigate to 'Allotment booking', select the correct calendar date and click on pencil icon of booking that is to be cancelled. Then, click ‘Cancel’.
2. Select AWB. If there are multiple AWBs within the allotment, select the AWB to be cancelled.
3. Select ‘Cancel Booking’ to confirm cancellation or ‘Back’ to return to booking. Cancelling an allotment within 73 hours of departure will result in the capacity being released without charge, but bookings cancelled within 48 hours of departure may be liable for our Capacity Protection Policy fee of up to 100% of the value of the booking.
4. Click ‘Done’ to save and finalise cancellation. The cancellation will be displayed in ‘Manage shipments’.
