Important information regarding pre-screening regulations for international freight movements
- AWB
- Date
- Flight number
- Origin
- Destination
- SCC
- Shipment type (ULD/loose)
Your security declarations should be available for retrieval within your own system. Please ensure your security program reflects that your declarations will be stored as per your current data submission tool. Alternatively, please consult with the Department of Home Affairs for guidance.
Online lodgement process
- Log into your account. Select ‘Manage International Shipments’
- To review lodgement information, select 'Edit' or 'Add' shipment information:
- Use the drop-down,
- Missing information will be shown in orange,
- Add/Edit shipment info,
- Check information submitted via FWB Data,
- Review 'Shipment Lodgement Characteristics', update any missing items or resubmit FWB data.
- Review eCSD details, pre-populated from FWB submission and resubmit if required.
- Review lodgement characteristics:
- Piece, weight and SCC code will automatically populate from FWB data,
- Select correct shipment type (loose/ULD),
- Select ‘save’ once complete,
- If fields haven’t been pre-populated from FWB, please review and add as required.
